This beautiful penthouse is in a brand new second building of the Cape Marie Luxury Apartments situated on the east side of resort Coral Estate. The tastefully decorated apartment is with its 300 m2/1000 ft very spacious.

It has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the hallway, there is an additional toilet with a washbasin. The master bedroom has a kingsized bed; the other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be separated. Both the spacious living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. Super high-speed wireless internet is available and included.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooking island with bar stools, an American fridge, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, microwave oven, steamer, blender, Quooker (instant hot water) and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. The building has an elevator, so it's also suitable for less mobile guests. From the parking garage, you have direct access to the fourth floor. The apartment is not suitable for groups of youngsters, and the apartments do not lend themselves to host parties and celebrations.
