4 sisters stayed for 2 nights in this VRBO and we loved it! A bedroom for each of us and 3 bathrooms! Nice enough neighborhood and close to the Arch. It was just perfect and we hope to be back sometime!

Great experience!

The property was clean, well designed and very close to downtown. My group was pleasantly surprised with the additional hospitality items (house slippers, waters, snacks, toiletries, etc). The welcome booklet proved to be helpful with food recommendations nearby as well as activities to do in the area. Will be booking this place again during my next visit!

Great Location

We just stayed the weekend and have to say we were impressed! The location was perfect for all the family activities available in St. Louis. We especially loved that there were 4 nice size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That is a big deal when we had a lot of females in our group! The property is still under a renovation process and the future looks bright in the neighborhood.

Sisters escape trip

We loved the property. The stairs were kinda challenging since we were all over 55. Any issues we had the host responded to and did what they could to rectify the situation. Having the secure parking area was definitely a plus. Even though it rained and we couldn't take advantage of the back patio area it was very nice.

Wonderful place

The property was amazing! It had plenty of room for our girls trip, which was 4 women and a baby! The extras that were provided was a nice touch! I wish there had been a broom or a swifter available to help keep toddler crumbs cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this location! I would also recommend a baby gate to keep young children from the stairs, because like our group we didn't think to bring one with us

Great weekend getaway!

This was the perfect property for a quick girls’ weekend. The home is close to everything you might want. The check in and check out process was very easy, and property management was easy to communicate with. There was construction going on in the back (new carport) but it was not at all disturbing. They didn’t start too early and were very respectful. Plenty of on-street parking. Three of the four bedrooms only had full-size beds, but that was all we needed for us girls. Having three bathrooms was amazing for all of us to get ready, especially the double vanity upstairs.

Phish trip!

The property is a flip so there are some rough edges (literally and figuratively) but I found it to be comfortable and clean and very accurate to the listing. Location is perfect for SLU activities and close to the interstate. Safe quiet neighborhood (we walked home from Chaifetz at midnight with no one around ) the contact was on top of stuff and responsive- always a plus and for 4 beds this is a great value! I would love some dressers and hand towels but in the grand scheme of things those are small and in no way would stop me from renting again. Oh! And the AC was super cold! We had a 98° day with like 80% humidity and it was still running like a champ.

Be Prepared

The interior was very nice but missing a few things. Make sure you bring your own towels and or laundry detergent as you will only be provided with one set per person for the duration of your stay. Not all bedrooms have a TV so be prepared for whoever takes it. There is a basic coffee maker put for making coffee so don’t bring any K-cups for your special blend of coffee. Bring your own dish towels also if you use the kitchen and want to properly clean up behind yourselves. We didn’t know the area and definitely should have done more research. The property is attached to another private residence which was not mentioned in the listing or I missed it. Overall it was a good stay but likely to pick somewhere else in the future. Also no close fast food

The house was perfect for our family to stay for our son's wedding. Plenty of bed/bath space for everyone to get ready. Parking for 2 cars in the back fenced yard. Neighborhood was quiet. Family area a little small to have a meal together in... but we made it work. Kitchen space was handy... we brought charcol and grill utensils for the grill outside.

Everything was great. It was a little small for eight people but it worked out. The location is close to most attractions. Its not in the nicest neighborhood but its not too bad.
