"The location is fantastic. I had an amazing view of the Arch directly outside my window, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the bar downstairs was also a great spot. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. My room was a nice size, but it felt old, dark, and in serious need of an update. Even with the incredible Arch view, the window had a cloudy white film between the panes AND dead bugs along it, which really took away from the view. Also, NO full-length mirror anywhere! In a room this size, I don't understand how that's possible. I literally had to stand on the toilet to see the bottom half of my outfit in the bathroom mirror. The bathroom itself could also use updating. The water pressure was okay, but the shower head was not great. One other heads-up: guest packages are handled by the FedEx location inside the hotel, which charges $4 PER PACKAGE for pickup. Amazon split my order into two packages, so I unexpectedly paid $8. I definitely would've made other arrangements had I known. Overall, you can't beat the location and the staff was wonderful, but the rooms need some serious TLC to match what I'd expect from a Hyatt Regency."
