Great location, clean house. Very happy with the accommodation. I was a little worried about street parking, but it was no big and easy to find spots. Would book again.

Property was fantastic, great location, well maintained with lots of nice touches like snacks waiting for us in the kitchen. Property managers were super attentive on communications and ran a first-class operation. We would happily stay at this location again (and we probably will!).

All was good, nice place, great stores/restaurants in the immediate area. Mostly clean, though there were a lot of long black hairs seemingly everywhere. I get that the floors show such things, but it was kind of ridiculous how many were all over. We would stay again though.

Family Trip

Wanted a safe stay for my family that was close enough to the zoo & union station for easy travel. This place was more than perfect for that! Even had a cute little wine bar across the road for mom & dad 😉 highly recommend!

Visiting St. Louis

We visited for the weekend and absolutely loved the location. The property was perfect for our son and loved walking up and down the neighborhood. It was a 10 minute easy drive from the zoo. I will stay here again if we come back.

The unit was fresh, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent, both for access to the venue we were in town to attend and in general to the lovely neighborhood of Central West End. We had a minor issue with water pressure and the management had maintenance come round and solve it speedily.

Wonderful property & management

The townhome was gorgeous and comfortable! The location was perfect! It was great to arrive the night of snow and ice to shoveled and salted walk way. The management company was responsive to my seemingly endless questions. Will definitely book with them again!

High School Reunion

Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked, no issues. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants. Only thing I didn't like was the guest ranger app that you need to do before you arrive. But the hosts were great and helped me with that. Plus, would be fun to have a little table and chairs in the front for hanging out.

AMAZING!

We LOVED our stay. The communication is first class & you can tell that everyone at JZ Vacation Rentals genuinely appreciates you as a guest. The home was spotless with a bunch of little extra touches, gift baskets, sanitizer, and VERY comfortable beds. Now that I know you can book directly on JZ Vacation Rentals website and save $, I will do that next time. Thanks again!

Cute place

We met friends for a weekend visit and enjoyed the townhouse. We made food in the apartment and visited Cocina Latina and Up Down bar- which were both in walking distance. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed some walking around. Recommend🙂

LOVE LOVE LOVE

From the moment you book to the departure, you feel like you've booked a 5-star hotel which is rare in Airbnb these days. This is managed by JZ Vacation Rentals which we found has 100+ properties and the little things like the fresh scent diffusers to memory foam and all of the little details in between sold us on this brand. Will book again! Highly recommend

Wash U Graduation Long Weekend

My family of four stayed here for three nights for my daughter’s graduation from Wash U. This property is extremely clean, very well stocked with all the amenities, nicely decorated and had a fantastic location. We loved walking to the nearby restaurants in Central West End. The area is very safe and I was comfortable taking long walks on my own. We were also very impressed by how quickly the property managers responded with all questions we had during the stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are St. Louis again.
