This parking card allows you unlimited access to come and go from the lot with no restrictions.

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay, but extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over three weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. $150

Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Great location and cool industrial vibe

The loft has high ceilings and is decorated with a cool industrial vibe. It comes with one free parking space and since it is only one block away from the entrance to the Gateway Arch Park, it is an ideal location. I was able to get up each morning and jog through the park. The building also has a rooftop deck with couches and chairs that overlook the Gateway Arch. I would definitely want to stay there again the next time I visit St. Louis.
