"Our one night stay was lovely, hotel was excellent, in a great location, next to some lovely restaurants and within walking distance from the tennis 🎾 "

"Very friendly proprietor greeted us. He had sent a welcome email saying early check-in was available and we took advantage of this arriving just after 12. They offer to keep your luggage on the day you leave so you can explore the area without the hassle of bags. The hotel although a bit dated is very clean and very comfortable. We had a room at the top of the house with amazing seaviews. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom although small was again very clean and had a lovely powerful shower. All in all for a seafront property it was a great price and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again !! "

"The hotel is very central facing the sea. The staff were friendly and the bar a bonus for a drink or food. The room was a good spec with modern bathroom, excellent wifi, tea & coffee and tv. I’ll stay there again. "

"Good location on the seafront and very short walk to the tennis venue. The mattress on the king size bed was really comfortable. Good view of the beach and pier. Staff were really helpful and the food was great. The chef made a lovely pasta dish for me and my husband's steak was really tasty. "

"Great stay here in St Leonards Make sure you book in before 5pm Outside parking free for 2 hours Roon beautiful and clean close to shops and restaurants.Bistro on site Gorgeous seaview on front of hotel but can be Noisy with early morning traffic"
