"'By the Bay' is in a great location at St Leonards. It is close to lots of Bellarine Peninsula highlights. The accommodation is very comfortable and with ample space. The lush backyard & garden was perfect for our Frenchie who loved exploring. Kaz is a perfect host & provided everything you will ever need."

"Clean spacious tastefully decorated room with lovely views. Breakfast was very good. Clean bathroom but shower needs a screen to stop water splashing to tiles. Didn’t love the COVID check-in as there was no warmth/greeting. Location is great however needs to drive for meals. "

"Nice little get away property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Internet not working as being investigated but owners let us know in advance. Place was clean on arrival and new shower curtain in bathroom. Beautiful and quiet location and not far from town and beach. Take your own sheets/ towels and doonas are supplied. Loved this place and will definitely be back in the future. Had a great weekend away. Lawns were clean and cut and place was neat."
