"Had a fantastic 5 days stay at the Westhill. All of the staff were so friendly & efficient in their jobs. The only thing I would say about the hotel was the pool wasn’t heated as it said it would be in the hotel amenities"

"The staff in this hotel are amazing , they couldn't do enough for us . Rooms were immaculate , beds really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing a full buffet breakfast both English and continental as well as daily specials. The only downside I would say are there are parts of the hotel which are looking a bit worn , and could do with an update . Other than that I would highly recommend."

"Wonderful view of the beach from our sea view balcony. Room tastefully decorated and well appointed. Excellent breakfast provisions, all needs catered for. Very generous portions for dinner. Welcoming staff, especially in the bar and reception. Would stay again."

"We spent a lovely week at The Golden Sands. The location is fantastic with beautiful views over the beach and the bay. St Brelade is quite quiet but there are still a good few restaurants on the front that you can choose from but the La Brise restaurant in the hotel serves lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners. If you want more eating choices, St Aubin's is only 15mins away on the bus and St Helier 30mins away. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel and it's only £2.75 per journey wherever you're going. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff, from the reception team to the waiting staff and maintenance/cleaning staff were all exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. We've always stayed in St Helier when we visit Jersey but from now on we'll be staying at this lovely hotel whenever we visit again."

"Its position and outlook, directly out to the sea, was excellent as was the attention of the staff. My single room was a little bit small, but adequate for my needs, however, the lack of a bedside table was inconvenient, there was too few coat hangers in the small wardrobe and there was no heating in the ensuite bathroom, because the towel rack only operated when the heating was on, not ideal. But, the manager did arrange a for a separate heater to be left in my room which was fine. I feel the meals could have been a bit more adventurous, especially for vegetarians. Overall, its a very pleasant hotel, with very good attentive staff and I would use it again .."
