She truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay started off perfectly, and she is one of the main reasons I would rebook here. "Very nice, clean property with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Meals and drinks were all good at the restaurants and bars. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area. Sargassum seaweed, rough surf, broken coral, and rocks prevented us from going in the water. We went over to the Caribbean side, and it was absolutely beautiful, and we were able to swim in the calm, clear water."
