"We had team work to do at Syracuse U, and not only was this location convenient, it had all the amenities, was super clean, and the staff was on spot every day. If I had to ding anything it would be the size and layout of the gym, but they had all I needed and it was empty when I went, so it worked."

"Outstanding!"

"The hotel is getting some renovations but our room was new and great and comfortable. Coffee in the lobby could be stronger. Convenient parking and location. Friendly staff! Will stay here again"

"Room was spotless. Laundry on site, affordable. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious."

"I was honestly pretty nervous after reading so many bad reviews before my stay. But now that I’m here, it’s really fine! It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it gets the job done and serves our needs well. My only real complaint is the parking lot. I came back pretty late from dinner last night and couldn't find a single open spot. Assuming there’s at least one space per room, management really needs to make sure only registered guests are parking there."

"Need to do something about the people hanging out in the parking lot partying/drinking"

"Phyllis and Jim were great hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate. Enjoyed the conversations and the friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again."

"Great facilities as everything is brand new, clean, and well serviced. Close to shopping and food. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good."

"Amazing! I love the layout. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!"

"My only complaint was the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor."
