"Staff were lovely, room itself was poor. Bathroom had dreadful water pressure. Took 45+ mins to run a bath. Silicon seals were all very poor on the bathroom, broken tiles repaired with gobs of silicon sealant. No spoons for the tea or coffee, room very hot, had to open windows, and put the small desk fan on. However, the sound of busy Belfast streets left us without much sleep. Staff were lovely, but the company need to really invest in that building for it to retain its potential. Really close to main Belfast and bus station. "

"Hotel is in a great location for discovering Belfast. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was also great with lots of variety. "
