"Our family of 14 stayed here a week in June.We absolutely enjoyed everything about the house. The finishes inside the house are new and beautiful. We enjoyed the large showers!Even though the home is not right on the beach, we still enjoyed wonderful views especially from the top balcony just off the kitchen and family room. There is also a great view of the bay on the balcony off the other side of the kitchen. The ice maker was used daily and much appreciated. The elevator was the best amenity in my opinion! It made bringing in luggage and carrying groceries up to the kitchen easy! The children and the adults really enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. We only had one issue while there with the air not working on the top floor towards the end of the trip but the owner was quick to send someone out (which was appreciated) and it was an easy fix!The home is located in a very attractive area of Cape San Blas with a wide beach area. Our family had plenty of room to stretch out with all our tents and umbrellas. If you have a large group, this is the house! "

"Elevator came in handy to navigate 4 levels. Fully stocked kitchen .Cleanliness in all aspects. Had grilled dinner on the outdoor balcony twice. Proximity to beach was a plus as well as pool availability. Local beach golf cart rental was exciting and fun driving on the beach. Cape San Blas was a memorable visit if you desire a quiet vacation and nature on the beach parks . "
