"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly. "Hotel is corporate looking that is great for a short stay, business, or if visiting family in the East side of Singapore. It is easily accessible via MRT or Grab to downtown. The airport is a stop away and there is a convenient neighborhood mall in between. Rooms are good size, bed comfortable, and the pool is a nice amenity. I recommend it for these reasons."

"Great stay in a nicely renovated hotel. Lovely service from the staff, very attentive and always got a smile on their faces. The room was a little small, but was sufficient for a business traveler. Only improvement is signage - it was a bit hard to find. Perhaps a bigger sign indicating that the Hotel Lobby is on L2 will help. Will definitely come back next time."
