"This is a bare bones room, felt safe, location is next to railway station, very clean. Only negative is the airflow was minimal; but we had two travel fans and that worked well. "I had a great stay, but stayed in the Residence across the street from the main hotel, but it was fine very quite and in a great location of Brugge. Hotel is amazing a lovely property. I mentioned that the reception was very dusty on my arrival. I made a comment about it and noted nothing happened so the next day I pointed it out to the front office manager who took care of it straight away. First impression and all that.
