Welcome to The Bannerman Park Loft, across the street from one of the most historic parks in the beautiful city of St. John's, NL. You'll be steps away from the unique & trendy shops, restaurants & pubs of the famous Duckworth, George & Water Streets. Take a hike to the top of Signal Hill to enjoy the ocean views or a short drive to the Quidi Vidi Brewery. Immerse yourself if the charm of the city with a stroll along Jelly Bean Row or for a morning coffee at The Parlour just down the street.

Great space

This property met all of our expectations. It’s a great location-close enough to downtown to walk. A wonderful little pastry & coffee shop just outside the door as well as a small convenience store if you need any forgotten items. The owners were easily accessible for questions and were very helpful. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Close to Downtown

This site was close to the downtown area and within walking distance. Cute little coffee shop and brewery near by. Our first couple of days and nights were a little on the noisy side due to outdoor traffic and many fire trucks going by with full sirens. Not an ideal situation for an infant. The hosts got us a play pen for my grandson to sleep in so that was very appreciative. The windows needed a bit of work - we contacted the hosts and they sent someone out the next day but couldn't fix them. I'm sure they are fixed now. Communication with the hosts was good and very prompt. Check in easy and nice to have a parking spot.
