"Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel."

"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Premium Price! I paid a premium rate for my stay at the Best Western Annapolis, expecting a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a hard time about the breakfast for two that I had clearly prepaid through Hotels.com. It was listed on both my confirmation email and receipt, but it didn’t show in their system. They made me wait up to 30 minutes and insisted I email the hotel group a copy of my receipt before finally issuing a breakfast voucher once I returned to my room. The room itself was basic at best. The lighting was poor, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there were no napkins in the basket, and the shower had no shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. Overall, it felt like a standard budget stay rather than the upgraded experience I anticipated for the price. Service and attention to detail were lacking throughout. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a true premium or comfortable stay."

"This place has everything you need. It’s a short walk to everything you need in Annapolis and has a great backyard for entertaining and enjoying the outside. The bedrooms are very comfortable and we would highly recommend."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful home in the best location! We could walk everywhere we wanted in town. The ONLY downfall is there is only 2hr parking in front of house so just unload and go park in the garage near St. John’s college or off Main Street. It’s a quick walk. "

The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the Naval Academy. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
