"Best hotel in the area. If you rented a taxi your driver gets free food and amenities. Great location and beautiful views. The included breakfast buffet is simply amazing, on par with many 5 star hotels. The bar and restaurant is also very nice. One of the few hotels that offers free parking"

"It was a disappointment. the hotel charged us as much as other luxury resorts However it was a below avg staying facility. The room and toilet was not clean, bedsheets had stains on them. The toilet was stinking all the time. we felt we were cheated on the deal. "

"First off, I would like to mention that I booked this hotel through hotels.com for 2 days including the new year gala dinner. However, the hotel did not honor that booking, and after extensive negotiation, I was asked to pay extra for the stay. The stay was pleasant otherwise but the NY gala dinner and event was subpar. The hotel does not provide accommodation for drivers but instead provides food. Overall service was good and breakfast was decent."
