"We traveled from upstate New York by car, to find our place exactly as described in ad. Easy check in and check out. Met Keristin the landlord a few days after check in, who was there to check on her place. Nice to see an owner who really cares about their property. We met some friends for life who also stayed there. The pool was our favorite place to hang out and was in excellent condition. We would definately recomend this as a place to stay!"

"Excellent correspondence with property manager. Perfect location for what I needed. Lots of steps to top but good exercise ☺️ Bed was super comfy. I did have a little trouble getting on raised bed but I am 66 and did manage. Enough towels were provided and I appreciated the free trolley tour I used. I would stay again. Thank you!"

"It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off"

"It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future"

"Nice small property with pool Host communicated with us, but didn’t take care of the problem we brought up to them☹️ Clean property, but scarcely fitted with utensils. There was only 1 wineglass and 3 coffee cups! Other then that it was a decent place"

"Great location, close to the historic district! You can literally walk to the historic District if you want. And there are two awesome restaurants within a few hundred yards that are premium, Ice Plant and St. Augustine Fish Camp. Also walking distance to the winery, where you can take a tour and have wine tastings. Had a great time!"

"Lovely property, impeccably clean, with beautiful private pool an added plus. Property owner is accommodating and accessible. The Lincolnville neighborhood location is easily walkable to historic downtown shops and restaurants, St. Augustine distillery, San Sebastián winery, and also a local corner brewery with live entertainment. Neighborhood is eclectic and rich with history. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was the perfect property for St. Augustine. We were in the heart of the historic district with cute restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the deck in the evenings. The responsiveness of the owner was awesome! We will be back!"

"We had an amazing time in our first trip to St. Augustine. The location was perfect - an easy 5 minute walk to the historic district featuring great shopping and so many restaurant choices. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Walking around was very easy to get anywhere in town and not having to use our car. Everything in the unit was very nice and clean however, I’m not a fan of a foam topper on the bed. Would prefer a great mattress instead. Bring your own clothing hangers as there were none available. We did leave one of our behind. There was a keurig coffee maker but no pods, only the packets you find in a hotel."

"We were a little early getting into town, and they were nice enough to let us check in early. Clean place. Easy to find and check in, and convenient to shopping. Comfortable furnishings and extra supplies for most needs. Quiet residential neighborhood and a nice little outdoor seating area."

"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...

"We were completely satisfied with the cottage, more than we expected. Definitely would recommend. Only one suggestion: install grab bars in shower for us senior citizens."
