"This hotel was very luxurious for the price. The room has great interior and was very clean which is very important to me. It is a bit further from everything but if you're spending more time in the hotel, then it is worth it."

"Great location in the heart of Queens St mall. We were there over Anzac day so the only thing to note is that the streets are closed on that day from 9am to 3pm so it was pretty much impossible to get in or out of the hotel during those hours."

"Overall the place was okay but very noisy. I also accidentally booked my room for the wrong weekend, they wouldn’t even consider changing the date. I understand I didn’t purchase a flexible room; however, I wasn’t asking for a credit. It left very poor taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t use them again for this reason. "
