Sol La Vie. Picturesque views! air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bath with outdoor bar and grill and private pool overlooking Coral Bay and British Virgin Islands! Fully renovated with huge 2-story deck for outdoor living and enjoyment. Five minutes from Coral Bay shops, grocery, and restaurants, many with live music. Ten minutes away from famous North Shore beaches like Francis, Maho, Trunk, Cinnamon, & Hawksnest. All the amenities of home but with a view you can only find on St. John.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

Wow!

House was perfect, and view from the breakfast area and front bedroom is spectacular. What turned out to be important was easy to use driveway and parking. Also very easy access ro beaches, market, and cafes. Miller Realty very easy to work with.

A nice corner of paradise

We loved the outdoor space of this property - the grill and the seating area were great for meals. The pool was very nice in the hot afternoons, and the top deck was perfect for stargazing at night. Overall this was a nice property and a great location.

Lovely cottage with amazingly views!

Great place to stay! The villa had everything we needed to relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property manager met us in Cruz Bay and check in/out was easy.

Highly Recommend

Easy check in process and great communication! Very clean and comfortable place to relax. On the quieter side of the island takes about 20-25 Mins to drive from Cruz Bay. Short 10-15 mins drive to Maho Bay. Great property would stay again!

Incredible Views at Sol La Vie!!

Great place with an amazing view! St. John was a blast, and this was a great place to stay while enjoying the island. Having beach chairs and beach towels provided was a huge plus. Be sure to have a Jeep or similar vehicle to get to the house and around the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible views

The rental was clean and the view is better than advertised! This is a great location near Coral Bay but still only a short drive to the beaches. I would absolutely recommend renting a four wheel drive vehicle, as the road up to the property is very steep. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!!

Amazing property in an amazing location! We loved the beautiful views from the pool and deck. We grilled out plenty of nights with the wonderful grill and patio area! Every day we picked a different beach to visit. Pure paradise!! It was great working with James Miller Properties as well!

A Piece of Peaceful Coral Bay

Everything was perfect! We love the quiet and gorgeous view. We are very used to the curvy steep roads as we have been to Coral Bay a week or two for past 10 years. Try local Coral Bay eateries and markets. See you next year God willing.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views, upstairs air conditioning was great, bedrooms are downstairs and you go outside to get to lower level and the air conditioning is not great and loud, stuffy so I sleep upstairs on the couch which was fine. We rented a jeep and explored most of the island and Coral Bay was a great location! If the cleaners could wiped down all outside cabinets and such that would be great as dirty finger prints left behind but this is fixable for the next guest!

simply beautiful

We spent a week in this lovely villa and enjoyed every minute. The home is lovely but the views are fantastic! The drive up was easy. The place is well equipped. The decks and pool are awesome. Other than just staring at the views, our favorite was listening to the night sounds... We will be back!

Coral Bay & Bordeaux Mountain Retreat

The steep road led us to Blue Bay View, a clean, pleasant retreat with great accommodations. The villa is private and very clean. The multi-level deck let’s you move to shade or sun, while enjoying an Easterly gorgeous view. It is on the simple side, but fulfills many needs. The vegetation has recovered from the last hurricane. The management team took great care of us. Great for a couple or two and not to far from hiking and snorkeling.

Unforgettable Views!

My husband & I went alone to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The place felt homey, nicely decorated & your essentials were provided also. They also provided a Keurig & regular coffee maker. The pool was a lifesaver & we enjoyed it very much. The privacy was nice also as the lush landscaping was beautiful & the nature of the outdoors was awesome! We would definitely recommend this home & hope to go back one day. Oh, and the views will never be forgotten!

Simply amazing!

The views are breath taking. The pictures can never do it justice. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed the island itself but couldn't wait to get back to this lovely spot each day. The beds are comfortable. I typically feel like I need to do a little cleaning when we arrive to a rental and that was not the case here. It was clean and comforting. There was great communication throughout the rental and arrival process. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful paradise

We stayed here from July 15-20. I can’t say enough. The house is exactly like the pictures. The views were beautiful. We really appreciated the welcome basket with wonderful treats. Communication with the property owners were excellent. The house has everything you could need. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs as it definitely saved us a bit of money. The pool was gorgeous and a great way to spend an evening after a long day at the beach. There is a market and four restaurants within an easy 5 minute drive. The beds were super comfy. We can’t say enough about our wonderful stay

Million$View

Great place that have everything! Have to agree with other reviews, pool was cold (December) so we didn’t swim there at all, but we did beach hopping and beaches are amazing! 4-weel drive is absolutely must, we didn’t get it even though we had reservation, so try to prepay when booking to guarantee your car otherwise you will have an issue, driving 2w-minivan was not an easy task in a rain and on unpaved steep roads. Owners were super nice to provide amazing snack busket on our arrival, THANKS!!! Our friends is already asking us about house based on our photos:)

Restful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Bay View. The house is exactly as pictured. JP was extremely helpful by meeting us and getting us to on the first day. (Thank you for the treats!) He also helped get our car rental mechanic to the house when we had a problem. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We cooked several dinners in and it was nice to have a place to pack snacks/lunches for beach trips and walks. The view is spectacular and the pool refreshing. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and will return if we should come to the island again!

Paradise

We were impressed at how accurate the pictures of the home were when compared to real life. Blue Bay View does not disappoint! The home was very clean and comfortable. It felt like our house within the first day! Upon arrival, we were met by JP from the management company in Cruz Bay and we followed him to the house. This was super helpful for our fist time driving on island. The drive up the mountain is challenging but we were used to it within a day or so. We loved staying in calm Coral Bay. We went to Cruz Bay often but were so happy to relax when we got home. One of our favorite nights was spent grilling dinner at the house, playing tiki toss, and hanging at the pool. If you can get your hands on this house, do it. We are so glad we did!!

Incredible view, great house!

Loved our stay here! The check-in and check-out processes were simple, and meeting JP was easy to arrange. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything needed and then some! The decks had just amazing views, but my favorite was probably waking up each morning and seeing that view right out the window! The pool was too cold to use, but it did look refreshing. :) The stairs between the two levels are outside of the house, but not an issue for us, even made it a little interesting (dare I say fun!) when there was a little rain. The road to the house is steep, yes, but it's what you'd expect on an island like this. The driveway only had a slight incline from the road down to the parking area, and was easy to navigate in and out of. Highly recommend!!

Lovely spot for a couple that loves the view...

We always stay on the Coral Bay side of the island for the quiet views. Some of the rentals on the east side are quite a haul to get to the north shore beaches, but this one was in a fabulous spot. Just removed enough, but not so far south east that it takes forever to get around. (we are snorkel folks, so tend to hit a lot of different spots) The cottage is charming. There are additional bedrooms downstairs, but we never went down(was just the two of us). But if traveling with older children would be ideal I would imagine. The upstairs serves as a perfect little casita. We loved the porch, and the lushness of the grounds made for a very private feel. I hate when there are houses hovering right over you. You can't really see anyone near you. We would definitely stay at this one again. :)

Absolute Tropical PARADISE!

We are so thankful to have found Sol La Vie on VRBO! The home was even better than photos or description. It was a peaceful oasis with billion dollar views. Upon arrival, there was the most thoughtful care package of North Shore Deli goodies. We were so hungry after traveling! The home was spotless and had everything we needed & more. The outdoor areas were surreal with lush tropical trees, flowers and huge coconut palm. The home has views from each room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we slept so good after our days spent snorkeling the different beaches. The flat driveway made for great parking (not something we realized was so important until seeing how so many have to park at other homes)!!! We did not want to leave your beautiful home and will be daydreaming of the next time we can come back to Sol La Vie. PS - James was SO HELPFUL as well as Victor who met us in Cruz Bay and showed us the way to the home and got us settled. Thanks for everything!! ☀️
