Welcome to Sail View, a spacious and comfortable island retreat designed for relaxed Caribbean living. With a large open floor plan, multiple outdoor decks, and refreshing trade winds, this inviting villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to unwind and explore St. John together.

The Space

The main living level features a comfortable living room and a gourmet kitchen with a Vulcan stove, breakfast bar, and everything you need for easy island meals. Wireless internet is available throughout the home if you need to stay connected—though we hope you won’t!



Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, A/C, en-suite bath, and sliding glass doors opening to a private deck

Lower Bedroom 1 (Lower level): Queen bed, A/C, coffee maker, mini fridge, private entrance, en-suite bath, and covered deck

Lower Bedroom 2 (Lower level): King bed, A/C, coffee maker, mini fridge, private entrance, en-suite bath, and covered deck



Please note: the two lower bedrooms are accessed from outside and are connected to each other; guests must walk outdoors to reach the main living and kitchen area.



All bathrooms feature beautiful, spacious stone showers, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.



Outdoor Living

Wake up to birdsong and tropical breezes, sip your morning coffee surrounded by lush landscaping, or unwind at the end of the day in one of the villa’s many private outdoor nooks. The open floor plan and comfortable furnishings ensure everyone has a perfect spot to relax after a beach-filled day.

Sail View is located near laid-back Coral Bay, known for its local restaurants, live music, and friendly island vibe. You’ll be close to some of St. John’s most beautiful beaches:



Hansen Bay – calm waters and soft sand, great for families

Haulover Bay – excellent snorkeling on calm days

Salt Pond Bay – swimming, snorkeling, and hiking nearby trails

Maho Bay – famous for sea turtles and easy swimming

Important: Please note rates are based the amount of rooms that are booked/ how many guests you have. For example, if you have 2 couples in your party, then you will most likely only need two bedrooms. We will charge only for those two rooms and the other will be locked.
