This lack of clarity set the tone for an uncomfortable stay. After returning to the hotel one evening with my kids following a day out in the city, we were shocked to find several used undergarments left on the kitchen worktop. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve. The following day, we discovered yet another undergarment on the floor. We reported these issues to reception, but the response was disappointing. The only compensation offered was one day of free breakfast, which did not feel appropriate given the severity of the situation. Overall, this experience was very unpleasant, and it is difficult to overlook such serious lapses in hygiene and service."
