"This is a fabulous property: well located for the delights of St Helier, so thoroughly equipped we kept exclaiming, in impeccably good condition, and with the convenience of two gated parking spaces right outside the front door. The host was charming and welcoming, and committed to our comfort and happiness. And then, on our last day, she rose to even greater heights of sympathy and kindness when she let us stay past the checkout time after our ferry crossing was rescheduled. Legendary hosting!"

"Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island. My own room was cosy and beautifully appointed, with a view overlooking the top of the city towards the harbour. One floor below, a statement staircase led to a fine restaurant and first-rate front desk, both with a knack for genial and understated hospitality. Five stars in every respect, and recommended without caveat. Thank you to the team and the managers for a reminder that stylish service never goes out of fashion."

"Lovely food. Breakfast and dinner. Bathroom very small and handbasin height is for a midget!!! Bar dinning tables height again suitable for very small guests. Bar staff very good. All staff very friendly Easy to get to main town area from hotel walking distance would stay again "

"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"Wonderful stay. We had a balcony apartment facing the marina, it was very quiet, would never have known it was above a bus station - which was very handy for getting around the island. Since it had a fully equipped kitchen, we spent a lot less on food. Apartment was huge, a real home from home and flooded with light. Highly recommended"
