"This property was perfect for my wife and me to use as a hub for winery visits in Sonoma. The cottage was clean, quiet and safe, attractively appointed, accessible, and conveniently located. The property is an easy 4-minute drive to downtown Healdsburg restaurants and shopping, 8-10 minutes from Dry Creek Valley and the Russian River Valley, and other interesting spots in Sonoma County. We would stay here again when we return."

"I didn't see it explicitly stated that the bedroom and kitchen-bathroom areas are separated by a shaded porch. It may not be a big deal to some, but we stayed during 100F weather, so having to step out of the air-conditioned space was not ideal. Additionally, the kitchen-bathroom area is not air-conditioned, so it was like an oven in there while trying to cook meals. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was very low. "We had a wonderful stay in Flat at the Cork Oak. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook if we wanted and close to many great restaurants when we didn’t feel like cooking. There are many beautiful things to do and see within an hour drive."
