Lots of beach volleyball was played and the kayaks/peddleboats/paddleboards were a huge hit!! Our host was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was very kind and helpful. "This place is VERY dirty, hair, cobwebs on the walls, bugs in the webs, towels smelled terrible, I’m pretty sure this place hasn’t been cleaned for 5 years, Do NoT STAY HERE!!!! Lights in the bed room didn’t work flickered on and off, TV didn’t work, I stayed here with friends and our sons and went fishing thank god our wives weren’t here because we would of been coming back home she wouldn’t of made it past the entry little room…"

"It was a great location for myself and 3 friends. The direct access to Balsam Harbour was great. We didn’t need to load and unload snowmobiles every day. Only limitation is parking. We parked pickups and trailers on the lake and used the driveway to park snowmobiles. It was a great experience!"
