Spacious, yes. Luxurious... not my definition of luxurious at all. The view was good from the balcony if you were looking in that one direction. Unless you are a mountain climber, don't try to make the walk down to the beach. You are not going to be able to get back up. You either need to rent a car, or call for a taxi. It's hella steep.It states that it's air conditioned... and it is, in the main bedroom. The fact that the second bedroom was not is buried in the small print. My bad, I didn't read all the small print. Lesson learned. The temperature in the apartment was miserable! We could have utilized the breeze overnight, if there had been screens on the doors to allow us to leave them open. There are not. If you build a place to be able to utilize that aspect of the area, you should probably make sure that the guests can do so, without getting eaten by mosquitoes or other bugs overnight. We are from the out of the country & we haven't travelled enough to know how everything works in other countries. There were absolutely no labels on any switches or information to help us understand how things work at all. We couldn't get half of the outlets to function.To top it all off, there is no curtain in the shower that stops the neighbors on the balcony/windows next door from looking in. Tried to toast engilsh muffins and the toaster caught on fire!! Absolutely awful! We stayed one night and left to go to an airconditioned location.
