We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the front patio that was so close you could hear and see the waves. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. "This place is small, but very comfortable. It is well stocked with good quality items. We were very comfortable here. The place is quiet and very close to the beach.The golfcart was a plus. There is a wagon for transporting to the beach. Lots of towels, chairs umbrellas and other essentials. A great place to rent for sure."

"This home exceeded our expectations- everything was great! Communicating with Natalie was always smooth and she responded timely. This was our first trip to SGI but it certainly won't be our last. We even acquired two great birthday desserts from "Sweet Miss Sara." The home was large enough for our party to spread out into our own quiet space. The dolphins were numerous in the water and we had a front row seat! I've stayed in many VRBOs from FL, PA, to three of the Hawaiian islands, and this home is more perfect than any of the others. THIS is your place! You wont regret it! "

Spacious 2000+sqft Home, 3 min to Beach, Lighthouse & Quaint Village

Centrally Located Condo

"My kids and I had a great stay here. It was within walking distance to all of the shops, resturaunts and even the lighthouse park/beach. They provided us with beach items for us to use such as an umbrella, and some boogie boards for the kids. The washer & dryer were essential & much appreciated! We spent every morning and evening on the patio overlooking town. We will definitely be back. The owner was very kind and her response time was very quick. The only negative thing I could say was that the master bed is very stiff & uncomfortable. It definitely needs a topper. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay & very clean. Also, the soap & shampoo that is provided is a really nice touch! "

"We had no idea how beautiful this home was going to be! It was like living at a Pottery Barn! We even tried to book for next year the same time and it was already booked! We will definitely be staying again! Also right never door to Aunt Ebby’s Ice Cream! Lots of parking! We had the best time! "
