Whether spending the day by the private pool with a good book and a refreshing beverage, exploring the Island by paddleboard or bicycle or searching our award winning sugar white sand beaches for seashells, Skinny Dippin' puts the best of the Forgotten Coast within easy reach!

The ground floor provides plenty of off street parking as well as multiple entertainment spaces including the outdoor living room, billiards table for a game of pool, nautical pub tables and chairs that seat 11. The outdoor shower (hot/cold) is perfect after a day on the beach and the propane patio heater is provided for cooler months. The ground floor also houses the golf cart that accommodates up to 6 guests (for a fee).

The 1st floor offers a spacious poolside deck with both covered and open spaces around the pool area. Enjoy relaxing in the chaise lounges on the poolside deck, perfect for basking in the Florida sunshine and enjoying the soft coastal breezes after swimming in the refreshing pool.

The 2nd floor queen bedroom has a spacious private covered deck with a relaxing seating area. The interior of this beach home is accessed from the warm and welcoming ground floor foyer. The light and bright modern stairway with sturdy handrails provides access to the 1st floor main living area. The open concept floor plan living/dining/kitchen area provides a perfect place to relax, dine and spend time with family and friends. The main living area is decorated in a coastal chic theme with shiplap accents and the flooring in the main living area is luxury vinyl flooring with a wood
finish - perfect for children and pets. Glass doors provide exterior access to the outdoor deck and pool area. The living room features a plush canvas sofa couch with 2 comfy canvas armchairs, mounted flat screen TV and views looking out onto the exterior pool deck and the sparkling sea beyond. The elegant farmhouse dining table provides a perfect dining spot for 6 and the kitchen island provides seating for 4. You'll enjoy creating culinary feasts with your family and friends in this fully equipped kitchen. The artistic subway tile backsplash and lighting design provide the inspiration for gathering together for meals and creating memories. The kitchen features stainless appliances including microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, freezer, oven and all the cooking utensils needed to create scrumptious meals! The main living area also boasts a convenient laundry room and pantry with a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom with full private bathroom resides on the 1st floor and is a king bedroom with 2 night tables and a dresser. The mirrored barn door leads to your bathroom spa sanctuary. You will be pampered as you are surrounded by the lavish floor to ceiling marble tile, complete with a porcelain tub, private toilet room and separate spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet providing plenty of storage.

The second floor begins with a queen master bedroom with a Queen sized bed, flat screen Smart TV and full private bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony offering coastal views. The second floor also houses a second queen bedroom with a Gulf view, flat screen TV, 2 night tables and a chair. The 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor is the kids' bunk room and contains 2 beautiful white bunk beds with coastal linens that sleep 5.

After a day at the beach, your little ones will also enjoy playing video arcade games such as Centipede and Big Buck World! Shared full bathroom between 2nd queen bath and bunk room has a lovely double vanity, toilet and enclosed walk-in shower/tub combination with floor to ceiling tile.

Skinny dippin in St George Island

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Home is immaculate and well appointed and just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. High end finishes made our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. The heated pool on the second level was amazing and a huge hit with our kids. The property manager was always accessible, accommodating and check in was seamless and easy. We hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful Home with Great Location

Very nice and clean home with enough space to sleep 10 or so comfortably. Management Company was prompt when contacted about cosmetic issues but overall a very satisfying, clean, comfortable & modern home that i highly recommend if you're looking to entertain family and friends.

Great Spring Break for the Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful and in an amazing location. We rented the golf cart and paid to have the pool heated. The golf cart pictured is not what was at the home when we arrived which was a bummer. Luckily, we were able to secure a rental from a local spot. Also, our pool heater only worked on the first day. And the propane heaters below the house did not work. Overall the management company was very responsive to text messages and very friendly. However, a month later, and we are still waiting on refunds for both the golf cart and pool heater. The house had a great view, great furniture, great kitchen amenities. If we did not need the other features, it would have been a perfect stay.

Use a different rental company!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started out good and ended terribly. Upon arriving at Skinny Dippin we noticed some things that showed the property hadn’t been taken care of but weren’t essential issues for us (ie broken cables, large paint scratches,exterior door handle falling off, table with a coaster under it to keep it level, etc). The top A/C unit went out on Friday morning HVAC came out said they could not fix it. Saturday the bottom A/C went out and we had to continually call the management company only for them to finally tell us at 7:10PM no one could come out (we wasted our entire day waiting). Was supposed to get a call from the company on Monday (did not). Received an email stating they were refunding $728 never received a call from GCVP. Always had to continue to call them regarding the issue.
