Short walk to lighthouse park with the kids' playground. Across the street from the arcade and ice cream shop. Close to every restaurant and store on the island. Parking right in front of your steps up to the apartment. True high-speed wifi. Smart TVs to use your streaming services (no cable/dish). Electronic fireplace. Efficiency washer/dryer combo in unit with access to larger machines downstairs if needed. 50-gallon water heater. New furniture, appliances, utensils, linens -- everything new Dec 2024.
