There is a large downstairs storage room available for guest use, a bonus refrigerator on the ground level, under-house concrete parking, an outdoor shower, and fish cleaning area at your disposal. A community boardwalk leads directly to the white sandy beach just steps from your front door. Exterior stairs lead to the wrap-around decks of this charming vacation home.

Inside and out, there is plenty of room to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea breeze. The first floor features an open-concept living area that includes plenty of space for your group to relax, a 65' TV, and colorful decor. The open kitchen is equipped with Pro-Series stainless appliances (including two refrigerators) and granite counters. Three primary bedrooms have a Select Comfort Sleep Number bed, with one overlooking the Gulf. The third bedroom and fourth bedroom share the hallway and a full bath.
