    Sunset Beach offers a community swimming pool, tennis court, private gated access, and boardwalk beach access. This spectacular beachfront home has plenty of space to share with your family and friends. Enjoy the large covered decks with unobstructed views of the gulf!

    1st to the Beach, a little slice of the Mediterranean right here on the Gulf of Mexico. This home offers two levels overlooking the Gulf, a private boardwalk to the beach, a large hot tub under the house, and steps from the community pool. This home is furnished comfortably with plenty of space for your group.

    On the main living level is a Gulf front king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the deck. Just down the hall is another king bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

    One level up is home to a Gulf front king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private Gulf front deck, a Bay view king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room with ensuite bathroom. This home also includes two twin size Murphy style beds.

    Views are incredible from the living room's two story windows. From the sofa you can enjoy the beautiful blue sky, the twinkling starts at night, or an incredible afternoon thunderstorm.

    The deck has ample dining seating for enjoying meals while you listen to the waves.

    Outdoor shower, sink, and hot as well as a tiki bar with seating.

    This home is conveniently close to the community pool in one direction and the community tennis court in the other direction.

Kitchen cabinets need some serious updating. Even though they were clean, they just look dirty.Loved the views and easy access to the beach.

As we stepped into the main entry of the house there were 5 out of 8 light bulbs out. Not a great start. I stopped counting burnt out or missing light bulbs at 15 because I just didn’t want to know the exact number. Lamps had missing bulbs or missing turn knob so we couldn’t use the lamps. Old Soap slivers were still laying in showers. We found the former tenants belongs under a bed. The freezer ice maker reeked of fish. The freezer drawer seal was broken so ice melted into solid masses and we had to continually chip away at it during our stay. There were two coffee cups that still had coffee rings in them. Just about every dish, plate and especially all the cooking dishes were dirty and completely placed haphazardly into random cabinets. Bread crumbs and greased remained lined on cooking trays. Hangers not provided in closets. Hot tub so disgusting it hadn’t been working or cleaned for a long while. The repair person did come and drained / cleaned it up during our stay. The worst was not having a Keurig coffee maker initially. Thankfully that was resolved because Shannon personally brought us hers for the week. Thank you again Shannon. Love the house but do better especially with what you are charging. I don’t go on vacation to fix other peoples problem.
