Triple R Getaway is a 2692 sq ft. 4-bedroom villa that truly has everything you could want in a vacation rental! This rental has great living spaces throughout! The living room has a large sectional sofa, a couple of chairs so enjoy some good company or the large flat-screen TV. Plus, great views, even from inside the home but feel free to step outside the patio doors to your own patio getaway. Patio furniture and a grill for barbecues and a little seclusion offer a bit of tranquility. Back inside enjoy the large butterfly dining and kitchen space with seating at the table for 10 and additional seating at the kitchen island for 4 and an additional 3 at the bar table. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop stove and all you need to prepare and serve up your family favorites. The master bedroom is just off the great room, it is spacious and lovely and has a king-size bed, a desk for those who need to put in some work time, and a huge master bath with double sinks, soaker tub, and walk-in shower. As you walk past the oversize master closet you will find the laundry room, which is also accessible from the kitchen, with a stackable washer and dryer and a second fridge to accommodate you.

Upstairs is family fun galore! The loft has a foosball table and cool arcade game, a TV, and 2 awesome triple bunks with queen on the bottom, full in the middle, and twin on top. The sofa is a hide-a-bed so this room can sleep up to 12! Fun bean bags chairs to use when playing the PlayStation 4 or watching the TV. There is a full bathroom as well. If you head outside, you will find a huge deck with cushy patio furniture and a fire pit table, you'll want to be out here day and night! Next is the bunk room with 2 more triple bunks with F/T/Q and a full bathroom and another TV. There are two more bedrooms with their full bathrooms too! Each is beautifully decorated and has queen beds and TV's and both step out to another balcony with great desert views.
