Tastefully decorated throughout, this brand new build offers 2 master bedroom suites and a great bunk room with a trundle on the bottom, again with a flat-screen for the kids to enjoy. One of the best features of this home is the rooftop deck that is ready to help you enjoy the sun during the day or the stars at night! When you have gotten your fill of this amazing home, you will be just steps away from the Shores Resort and all its amenities and activities!!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact
our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests only to use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers. Thanks in advance for your consideration!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street, right in front of this home. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
