This 1 bedroom will surprise you with its style and comfort. Completely remodeled, you will feel like you are walking into a brand new resort.

This 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom is ideal for a couple's getaway that has all the comforts of home on a small scale. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances and other kitchen accessories that you need to create your favorite meals.

Want to dine outside? Great! This unit has 2 decks, with one right outside the living room. There is a patio with outdoor furniture, a perfect place to eat or play family games! The second deck is outside the bedroom, a pleasant spot to kick back for a breather.

With a comfortable queen-size bed and newly remodeled contemporary-style bathroom, you won't be disappointed. We have 2 very thick floor mats that are available for 2 extra people. (No sofa sleeper). You will enjoy the proximity to the Sports Village Clubhouse and all the family-friendly amenities while staying with us at this charming, quaint condo.

Very obvious upon arrival that this unit was not expecting guests, although reservations were made several months ago. No sheets on bed, door to patio only opened a few inches, then wanted to lift off track, unable to use patio. Bathroom had only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, shower floor had black mold on all three sides, shower door would not stay closed, in living room someone removed knob on lamp so had to unplug/plug in lamp. Bar has sharp broken tile exposed, could not use entrance patio as it was filthy. I messaged the office letting them know. Response was that management would be informed. I never heard from the manager and manager never even stopped by to check the issues out. Very poor manager! This unit was poorly represented on this site. Not sure if all the units are this bad but for what we paid for three weeks was a waste of money! We will not stay here next time we come to St George

Property had a terrible smell. Litterbox smell. Communicated with PM. They had only offerred deodorizer to be brought. We had juat arrived and I asked for another property. Of course they didn’t have anything. They never even brought the deodorizer. Asked if I wanted to cancel and sge would see if I might get a refund. Yeah right. Not a good experience here.

Résidence calme proche des chemins de vélo

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, l'appartement est spacieux, calme et bien situé. Les commodités de la résidence et la proximité avec les chemins de Green Valley sont appréciables. La propreté laissait un peu à désirer (fortes odeurs, poussière accumulée, terrasse non nettoyée avant notre arrivée). Nous avons trouvé bizarre d'avoir des informations erronées sur la documentation à l'intérieur de l'appartement (wifi par exemple).

Overalll Experience

This is a nice place to stay. Great location. It was well stocked. My two complaints were the bed is only a queen and very uncomfortable. Pillows are horrible. They need to replace bed with a king and better mattress. Second complaint is the shower has nowhere to put the soap, shampoo or anything. Nothing at all in the shower. Everything has to be put on the floor of the shower. If they fix those two things, it would be an excellent place.

The condo met all our expectations. The hosts were very quick to respond to our requests. The mattress was firm but that is the way we like a mattress so we found it very comfortable. There was lots of room in the bathroom. The washer and dryer were in excellent shape. The location is wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!

I liked that the door was a keypad so you didn’t have to carry a key around every time you left. I also liked that there was a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets etc. It felt like home.

Great location, not a great mattress

I wish I could do 4.5 stars. Honestly everything was great about the place other than the mattress. The couch was fairly comfortable and there was a queen air mattress provided. We brought a pack n play for our littlest and a sleeping mat for our toddler so we could all sleep in the bedroom. I would 100% stay here again! And it was infinitely better than a hotel. The location seriously cannot be beat either, it was within 30 minutes of all the hikes and sites we wanted to see!

nice place

Nice small place and on the first floor which is big for some in this neighborhood. Had to flip the fuse for the heater and cleanliness was generally pretty good. The one mattress in the bedroom isn't comfortable at all, but strangely enough the couch was great! I'd stay here again. A couple and 2 kids max.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in Sports Village. Both units were clean, simple, good amenities, and close to the pool, spa and courts. The close to town location is an added plus. Booked future stays at this location.

Easy and relaxing stay.

The location was perfect! seemed like everything was 10 minutes away or less. Check in was contactless! The property has two patios, we enjoyed both! The only thing we would change was the wifi connection! Had to disconnect and reboot a few times. After we did that it would work fine. I strongly recommend this place!

Great location, clean with everything you need!

The condo is very clean and had everything we needed for 4 of us. Only cons are that the internet is really slow and the bed is pretty hard. Some parts of the property are dated and the pool area isn't maintained very well and there aren't enough lounge chairs. Pool patrons are limited due to Covid 19 and the jacuzzis are closed. We were able to walk right into the adult pool which was nice. Parking is close to the unit.

Would rent this unit again.

Overall good experience. Clean and functional for just the two of us. Would suggest owner fix the front door as it makes a loud screeching noise when open the door. And make sure cleaning crew cleans inside of coffee maker as well. That’s it! Happy renting. dh
