I really enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very clean. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling for work or just passing through.

Room was horrible dirty door molding was broken where the latch goes, latch was missing. Tv was not working. We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights we left the next day. That night we stayed there was heavy police presence. I just would not recommend it. Office staff were very nice and apologetic.

The room was dirty. The sheets had not been changed. They offered us a different room. Those sheets were even worse than the first room (multiple long hairs and stains on sheets). They were very nice and understanding and we had no problem when we stated we just would like a refund.

The room was pretty dirty, lots of stains. Broken floor in the bathroom. And the curtains were broken so they wouldn't close. I had to pin them together. People fighting. The place was a little unnerving.

Really dirty... the floor was gross and i had to clean the window myself just to see out... there was no breakfast like was advertised the staff was rude and the room stunk of smoke from the rooms downstairs. Not to mention that you can feel every spring in the bed... I dont recommend staying here if you dont have to.

So if you look at the reviews on Google, the manager replies to all the bad reviews. But if the owner was honest, he’d tell the manager this place is what it is. The whole building needs a major revamp. I am not a prissy type, I’m good with simple and nothing lavish. In saying that, nothing about this place is up to standards in cleanliness. Our room was horrific. There were spattered blood stains on the ceiling, huge disgusting stains all over the carpet, the furniture is broken and deteriorating, our mini fridge looked about 40 years old, there were exposed wires, I got shocked when I turned on a light, all the lighting was dim and depressing, the paint is old and tacky…it’s really sad. There is no tlc to this place. To be honest, the room felt like a drug den. We were shown another room, non smoking, but you could see smoke stains on the curtains and it stunk awful. This place is for people who really don’t care about hygiene and don’t mind filth. The hotel needs new everything. But our story ended happily, hotels.com gave us a full refund and we found a much nicer place down the street. Oh and I think this hotel says continental breakfast (?) it in fact does not. Really sad there aren’t some laws in place that don’t shut a place like this down. It was gross.
