"Poolside Oasis" is a luxury villa located at the Ledges Resort at Snow Canyon. This 4-bedroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 4.5 bathroom villa spans 1,932 square feet. Positioned within 100 yards of two resort-style heated pools, oversized hot tubs, and two luxury pickleball courts, the villa offers convenient access to these amenities.

Guests can enjoy full resort amenities, including room service from the resort restaurant, Fish Rock Grille, and onsite concierge services to assist with activities such as booking tee times. The Ledges of St. George is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, with proximity to hiking, biking, and ATV trails, renowned rock climbing and rappelling spots, and breathtaking views of the red and white sandstone mountains.

We had 8 people—my husband and me, our three grown boys and their friends. The place was perfect and could have accommodated many more people. It was beautifully decorated and had everything a family would need from a washer and dryer to a fully stocked kitchen to bikes and outdoor games. The beds were cozy and the bedrooms were lovely. We will definitely be back.

We’ve been here before and loved it again! We appreciated all the communication from the manager in texts etc yet 16 hours before check out I sent a text to see about late check outs and relieved no answer.

Everything was as described. The kitchen was very well supplied with all cooking necessities. The close proximity to the pool was a huge bonus and the property had plenty of pool towels. Overall everything was excellent. Only draw back was that some guests pulling boats would take up all of the parking spaces within close proximity to the property.

Property was perfect for two small families! Even with the pool closed due to a virus, we found plenty to do. The only negative was that the garbage can was almost full when we arrived and there was no body wash in the master shower. Small things that didn't really impact us at all. We loved it.

Would absolutely stay again! Love The Ledges in general, this unit was nearly perfect. The only suggestion is when one person rolls over in the bunk beds it shakes the whole frame, making a good nights sleep difficult. However, this would not deter us from staying here again. The Lee Family

Our only issues were the beds/pillows in the primary and upper primary bedrooms; they need to be replaced as they are soft and have indentations from use. Would recommend this home 100% to everyone. Beautiful, clean and in a great location. We brought our baby stuff, and pickle ball equiptment not realizing that this home actually had everything here already. Next time we will leave that at home and come with the knowledge that this really is a home away from home with all the luxuries you are used to.

Property was wonderful. It is well provided, labels were a big help for us oldsters, linens, etc., were clean and plentiful. You should know the grill area had not been cleaned after last use, this included the table. Took us about a half hour to clean it. That said, it was not the end of the world. You might put dresser in the 2 upper sleeping areas just for ease. We would highly recommend you, and if we return would stay again. Thank you!

The unit is a very short walk to the pool and well situated in the development so you have some privacy for dinning on the back patio (not all units have this). During our stay the complex was very quieted and relaxing. Great well equipped kitchen and grill for preparing meals. If you are interested in dining out a lot there are no restaurant in the area other then the club (not an issue for us). This is a 5 star property. We can't recommend it highly enough.

The property was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures online. There was plenty of room for 2 families of 4 to spread out. Having 4.5 bathrooms was fantastic too. The house was furnished beautifully with everything you would need. The beds were extremely comfortable with awesome bedding and again, more than enough room. I had to reach out to the property manager with a question and she was extremely responsive and it was Christmas Day. The upstairs fire pit, grill, heated pools and pickleball were all extra added amenities that made the property extra perfect. We will definitely stay here again when visiting St. George!!!! The owners did an amazing job of really furnishing this property as a “home”, it didn’t feel like a rental at all!!! Thank you!
