Find the perfect place to getaway in St. George at The Lofts. This 4 bed/3.5 bath townhome is located in Green Valley. Paradise at The Lofts is a new property that is close to hiking and biking trails out your back door, with year round access to two hot tubs, a pool with waterslide and water dome, and play area right out the back door.

Pickle ball courts are located just a short walk from the pool area.

Paradise At The Lofts is close to down town St. George, 40 minutes away from Zion National Park, and a short drive to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. Inside and outside there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

On the main level guests enter a beautiful open area where they can enjoy the huge sectional sofa and 2 club chairs with plenty of seating for everyone, dining space at the bar for 4, and a separate dining space with seating for up to 10. The main level also boasts a ½ bath, a master bedroom with bath and outdoor patio area complete with bbq grill and outside dining for 8. Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, a bunk room with 2 full over full bunk beds and sleeper sofa, a second master bedroom with en suite, and an additional guest room and a full bath. Each upstairs room has access to their balconies. The bunk room opens to an outdoor living space with seating. The upstairs area gives kids or adults a separate space to spread out.

The home is 2 levels, with the entrance on the bottom level. 2000 square feet. Built in 2019.

Unit comes with smart TV’s in every room, and WiFi internet access.

Pickle Ball equipment and other popular board games are also provided for guests to enjoy.

Perfect Location
We stayed at paradise at the lofts #40 over spring break. This location was so much fun for our teenagers. They loved the pool There is a pickle ball court. The location is centralized to everything in St george. We layout of the place was perfect for our family. The kids had an area they could hang out and stay and the adults could hang out in living room. The owners were so helpful. They give thier personal contact info in case you need anything. They went as far as mailing us something we left behind when we left. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice property! The host was very helpful and responsive. The pool & pickleball courts are just across the street, which was very nice. Also, the pool was heated, which was great for the cooler weather that we had. We enjoyed our stay! We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic Thanksgiving Week
We enjoyed a week at this property and absolutely loved it. Unit was immaculate and had all the needed accessories (pack and play, high chair, ziploc bags, plenty of towels)! Location is central to lots of fun in the Santa Clara region (including Thunder Junction playground for the kids). Hot tub and heated pool were a big hit with the kids and we enjoyed having plenty of room to spread out. TVs were easy to use and could stream anything you wanted pretty much. We'll certainly be back!

Perfect place to stay for Ironman events!
Our stay at The Lofts was the perfect accommodations for our needs while attending the IM St George 70.3 World Championship. The condo is exactly as pictured. All of the beds were super comfy and we loved having a kitchen and grill we could prepare our foods for training and for race day. The outdoor spaces were very nice and we had plenty of room to spread out. We took advantage of utilizing the beautiful pool and hot tub - just what we needed after a training session. The location was very convenient to downtown and easily accessible. We appreciated the snacks and goodies that the Heath (host) left us! Heath was very helpful and responsive to all questions. It certainly helps to have a host that is also a triathlete! We would definitely stay here again.
