60th Birthday

A group of family spent time together at The Ledges to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Ledges was the perfect location for those who wanted to play golf, those who wanted to hike at nearby State and National Parks and close to Saint George for shopping and activities. The house was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball and easy access to the trail.

Beautiful place!

We loved this spacious home! It was clean and beautiful. I just wanted to report that one of the dining chairs was broken. The back pad wasn’t connected to the chair and was just placed on the chair. It was like that the day we arrived so it was damaged before we arrived. We loved the rooms, and having the pool right across the street was awesome! Easy access and very clean

The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything felt brand new. We were right across from the swimming pool and could hangout on the outdoor patio all together at night and play cards. Brunch at The Ledges Restaurant on Sunday was delicious!! We should have eaten there more throughout our stay.We will definitely be back.

Living quarters were good.

The experience was all good except for one issue. The lounge chairs at the pool were not only very uncomfortable but dangerous. The design makes it possible, and very likely for users to fall to the ground and the chair land on top of them. I experience this myself when sitting on the edge near the foot of the chair I went directly to the ground with the backrest hitting me in the heard. I witnessed a similar incident with an elderly man holding a new born baby. He fell to the ground, flipping the chair on top of him and the baby. Fortunately all were ok except for the man's back. He complained of pain in his back. These were the only chairs available at the pool and should be replaced before serious injuries occur.

You can sit under the pergola of your upper floor patio and watch your kids and grandkids in the pool! A familiar whistle from mom and the kids come running. Literally steps from the pool. The views are beautiful, golf is close by as is the clubhouse with amazing food and service. An evening with live music was much enjoyed and the attention to detail that you’ll find in the house is much appreciated. Super clean, plenty of room for lounging and eating. Plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked and spotless kitchen. An extra fridge makes shopping easy.. and the kids loved playing galaga on the arcade. The Ledges does a great job with their vocational rental guests. The only thing missing is a hot tub and I heard they are getting one! That will make it perfect! If you find availability grab this house before it’s too late! It truly is a Pool ParTee Paradise!! For swimmers and golfers a like.
