  • Luxury At The Ledges is a sprawling 2,692 sq. foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5 -bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is generously spacious, providing bedrooms that offer a quiet and private retreat.

    Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

    The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, experience world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and take in breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

It's a very nice place with upgrades and a lot of space. We enjoy the 4 bedrooms, the pool table area, and all the space to gather and relax. The location in the community right across the street from the pool and pickleball courts is really nice.The community itself is really nice and quiet. It's a little ways out of the city but not too far. And the proximity to some biking and hiking paths/trails, golfing, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn, and Red Hills Desert Garden make it quite convenient.We really enjoy our stays here and will continue staying in this specific unit in this community for any future trips to St. George.

Reviewer Comments: Our 4 day stay was wonderful. We picked this location as we were going to Bryce & Zion Parks but had to fly out of Las Vegas, so it was central to all 3 locations. Walmart was close for picking up essential items. More than enough paper products, toiletries, spices & kitchen items. The back patio which overlooks the golf course was ideal to relax & enjoy our meals. Our 3 young adult children loved the pool table! The only things that I could see as a negative was the fact that the pool across the street was undergoing maintenance (but there was another pool elsewhere) & that the entire time we were there I only saw 1 person! Neither affected us, as we weren't going to use the pool & didn't mind the quiet!!

The entire experience was seamless and wonderful. I booked with their reservations manager, Dan, who worked overtime to make sure every detail was correct. In addition to securing two fabulous homes, he booked the tee times and included everything we needed in our package price. He even broke out the cost per person. The level of service was exceptional. Once we got to the homes, they were exactly as advertised. We played the Ledges golf course, which was one of our favorites, as well. For the price and service, you can't beat it. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The location and view and wonderful - right on the golf course with a view of the mountains in the background. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing or wanting. For example, there was a regular coffee maker, a Keurig, and a French press. There were also plenty of pots, pans, etc., and all were in very good shape. We had a ton of fun playing pool upstairs in the evenings and the outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and hot tub were only a few steps away. The ice machine in the fridge wasn't working, but we were able to pick up two bags of ice for free at the snack bar. Our only complaint was that the pool was still pretty cold. We were here in December and feel like it was warmer then. It was too cold to swim in, so I would recommend they increase the temp.

Fabulous St George vacation

We plan a VRBO trip once or twice a year with 3 couples to explore different parts of our beautiful country. This is the first time we’ve rented a condo as we typically try to find a house where we have some space. This home gave us that privacy and more. We had plenty of space inside with the spacious downstairs, the loft area with pool table. The rear of the unit faces the golf course so it felt like we had our own huge backyard and the upstairs balcony gave us the open view of the pool area where we could relax by the fire pit at sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the small appliances we could imagine, regular and Pod coffee pots, toaster, instapot, crockpot. We had so much fun figuring out how to play pickle ball on the courts right across the street (they do have paddles/balls) We would not recommend the Fish Rock Grille, really overpriced for sub par quality. We try to go to a new location every trip but this is one we will return to again. Thanks for so many great memories created

Wonderful family place

We loved our stay. My family really wanted a place with a pool table and we enjoyed playing everyday. We liked the location and was able to keep an eye on the pickle ball counts to see when they were open so they could play. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great place, perfect location.

This unit is one of the best we’ve stayed in around the the St. George area. Roomy, clean, updated and the perfect location with the golf course in the back and the pool & pickle ball courts right out the front door. I highly recommend this unit for your next stay!

Wonderful Ledges location!

Very clean and nicely decorated! It accommodated our family beautifully! Would definitely book again!
