Welcome to Desert Oasis, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you desire. The fourth bedroom is a loft, adding to the unique charm of the property. Revel in features such as flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time in our large family room.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Only minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling and enjoy views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We would have like more parking on the weekend, but that was a small challenge. THe house had been well cleaned, had all the ammenities we wanted, and 4 bathrooms! Each of our kids had their own bathroom, sleeping quarters, and private space. The pools were great, fun pickleball court, and convenient location for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if its available when we need it. Excellent experience!

We particularly appreciated the spacious dining table, perfect for playing games, and the number of bathrooms that accommodated everyone comfortably. Although we initially encountered an issue with the internet, the matter was resolved. Additionally, the unit was missing paddle boards for pickleball, but the management provided us with a new set, which greatly enhanced our experience because we were able to take advantage of one of the resort's best amenities. Our only minor suggestion would be to free up space in the already small garage by relocating the owners' bikes. Nevertheless, these small considerations aside, the property was fantastic, and we would gladly choose to stay there again!

Kitchen had great amenities for cooking and have many spices, oils and even some flour and sugar. Each bedroom had a tv along w living room and the loft area w 4 beds made for a great movie night area. Short walk to pool and pickle. The “nest” thermostat kept resetting to 78 degrees and we didn’t know how to program so every night at like 2 am we’d wake up from being very hot. And would have been nice to be able to pull into garage but the locked up bikes made that too tight(and it rained really hard couple times so it was not fun going to car in driveway). Very minor things..otherwise great space and the Ledges is a beautiful complex close to hiking and trails. About 15 min to downtown St. George area. Very pretty...and great space to stay in . Would definitely go back. Management was very responsive to any questions.

Great experience

This rental was clean and had everything we expected and more. Aside from some low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom it was the perfect accommodation. We’ll definitely look into using ledges vacation homes again for future trips.

Great place to stay

Honestly, everything you need in a rental unit. Clean, comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of pillows/towels/etc. Close to a lot of great stuff to do in the area. There is a cool little biking/jogging trail right next door. The neighborhood was chill, good for some young kids to ride bikes around. One minor complaint was the condition of the communities areas, mainly the pool. A lot of the pool furniture was broken and piled in the corners. There was also a fair bit of trash around (broken pool toys, beer cans in the filter, etc). Seems like it would have been pretty easy to have somebody make a cleaning sweep once a day or something. But, despite that, we still found the pool area to be very enjoyable and a nice refreshing activity. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to any friends/family looking for a place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the beginning of planning and making reservations I received excellent service. It took several changes as our plans evolved and with each contact the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Everything was perfect for our stay. The accomodations were spacious and comfortable. Less than a half hour drive to great hiking, biking, parks, groceries, restaurants, and tuacahn. The whole facility was great including pools and pickleball.
