Welcome to Desert Oasis, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you desire. The fourth bedroom is a loft, adding to the unique charm of the property. Revel in features such as flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time in our large family room.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Only minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling and enjoy views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

The house was clean and welcoming for our family. It was nice to have plenty of space to spread out. I also love the scenery and view driving to the Ledges. You're close enough to things you need but not right in the middle of the city.

This rental was clean and had everything we expected and more. Aside from some low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom it was the perfect accommodation. We’ll definitely look into using ledges vacation homes again for future trips.

Great place to stay

Honestly, everything you need in a rental unit. Clean, comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of pillows/towels/etc. Close to a lot of great stuff to do in the area. There is a cool little biking/jogging trail right next door. The neighborhood was chill, good for some young kids to ride bikes around. One minor complaint was the condition of the communities areas, mainly the pool. A lot of the pool furniture was broken and piled in the corners. There was also a fair bit of trash around (broken pool toys, beer cans in the filter, etc). Seems like it would have been pretty easy to have somebody make a cleaning sweep once a day or something. But, despite that, we still found the pool area to be very enjoyable and a nice refreshing activity. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to any friends/family looking for a place to stay.

Perfect for Family Geraway!

We brought our kids and their spouses down to run the Snow Canyon Half and Golf. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed to come and go with the activities we had! Location was great for all we wanted to do! Instructions to get there and get in were perfect! Thank you for helping with such a fun vacation!

Relaxing Stay

We loved our time at Desert Oasis. The house was warm and inviting and very clean and comfortable. We had a great time with our family. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked. The mangers made it an easy check in And check out process and kept us informed about traffic issues associated with the marathon. This was also a great place to stay to watch the runners. We have stayed at Ledges many times and this seemed to be one if the best properties. Very clean enough space and lots of bathrooms. We love ledges because it is like home away from home.

Very nice townhouse. There was plenty of space for the group we had staying with us (7 adults). Great location. We were not able to check in at our check in time due some delay with the cleaning, I was not impressed with the cleaning once we got in. ( Towels in the dryer, a slurpee cup in the kitchen, ice cream like liquid dripped down the dishwasher and out on the patio table, hair ball in the shower ).

A beautiful oasis of peace in nature’s splendor.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful resort. It looked exactly like the online pictures and was exactly as described. The kids (and parents) loved the pool. We were able to get peace and rest so we were ready for our next adventure. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Amazing Location for a Long Weekend

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful, clean and inviting property. It was everything we had hoped for and well stocked with all the essentials promised. We loved the pool and pickle ball courts and were close enough to both Zions National and Snow Canyon State parks to enjoy superb hiking. We'll stay again.

Beautiful, clean property in a nice location. We enjoyed the convenience of dinner from the Fish Rock Grille. We’ve stayed in St. George many times and this was by far, our favorite location.

Great rental with plenty of room for everyone!

We stayed here for one week. It is important to know that the ledges are little ways out of the populated St. George. This can be good or bad. It just depends on what you are expecting. The unit is super clean and big! The upstairs has a bathroom for every sleeping area including the loft which makes it a great choice for families. Having pickleball supplies was a great addition that we used several times. Having a master on the main floor was also nice. We rent all of the time with VRBO and I would stay here again. The cost of this unit with all of the extras made it a bargain for our family to spread out and be comfortable and enjoy our time in Southern Utah.
