About this property

Comfortable Sleeping with Resort Amenities!

This cozy unit includes a 70" TV with Roku built in (living room) and a 42" full motion mounted TV (Bedroom). Fully functional kitchen for dining in, full sized shower with large bathtub and double vanities. Free 293 mbps WIFI. Very comfortable king bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper and a single cot. A pack and play is also provided.

This quiet condo is a perfect place for a couple or a small family who are looking for a great stay in St. George. It is located on the 2nd floor (14 stairs up once in the building) with nobody above you. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and many items to make your stay feel at home. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hair dryer, etc. are supplied. Extra pool towels are also supplied. You will have access to a washer/dryer inside the unit.

There are extra sheets/blankets provided for sofa bed. There is a keypad on the door for self check-in. Note: If you have a pet, you must select pet when doing an inquiry to see the additional pet fees. We do not allow cats.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get way more. Resort amenities include:
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round as long as outside temps are 45 degrees or higher,
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Golf Courses nearby: Sun-brook Golf Club, South-gate Golf Club, Dixie Red Hills Golf Club, etc.
It is near Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon N.P. and Snow Canyon State Park. There are many things to do and see and this condo offers you a relaxing place to come home to after your adventures.

We spent 5 days here for our daughter's spring break. While a little on the older side, the condo was extremely clean and well-kept. It was the perfect amount of space for 3-4 people. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, towels, etc and the kitchen had everything we needed. The large smart tv was also nice. The resort amenities are great, although the pickle ball courts don't open until next week. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is convenient as well. Check in was contactless and super easy.Highly recommend!

A Bright "Beachfront" Property

We had a terrific day at this cozy beachfront-themed apartment. It was easy to access. Located in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Good Place but disappointed in communication

We liked the apartment and the amenities offered but we were disappointed that we were not informed of the flood at the clubhouse which had been closed for 3 weeks before we arrived. This meant that many of the amenities that we were looking forward to were not available which was disheartening. We understand that the flood was an unfortunate thing that happened but we feel we should've been made aware of this before we booked. We value transparency and felt ripped off by not being aware of this. With that being said we feel like the price, cleanliness, and other features are a good value. Would consider staying again but please give us heads up next time when things aren't available that you list on your booking features.
