Perfect place!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at with our years of travel. The townhouse was perfect for our group. The location was close to everything we needed. The pool and spa and pickleball court, was enjoyed by ALL! We would definitely stay there again and again.

Good Times!

Our stay was great! We were in town for Thanksgiving and a family reunion of 40 people. Our festivities were held else where and we were pretty much just there to sleep and get ready for the day. The two water heaters came in handy. We never ran out of hot water with 12 people showering and getting ready. I rated the cleanliness a 3 out of 5 only because there were several stains on the carpets and couch, but I don't expect everything to be replaced every time someone spills something that stains and can't be totally removed. Other than that everything was clean and tidy and decorated nicely.

We liked the place, especially the many bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room was spacious. However, the sofa was stained and dirty. The toilet paper was the lowest-quality product one could find.

Under the Sun

Our stay was was busy with meetings in the AM and site seeing in the PM.With 6 people getting ready and changing several times a day the spacious condo afforded the room to give everyone the privacy needed. The extra bedrooms gave us the luxury of each to their own domain and ability to spread out without encroaching on others. A well stocked kitchen helped us to fix meals when needed. All the bathrooms made an older persons stay less daunting. We had plenty of dressers and closet space for our clothes. We know who ever stays here will enjoy the easy access to all the area attractions and shopping. The sunrise and sunsets from the balconies were a sight to behold. The pool is just out the front door across the driveway for a quick splash. Enjoyed our stay and know those who follow will also. Thanks.

Would stay here again

Loved the layout of the condo, the pool, the parking. Beds were comfortable. Everything was great except the space was not cleaned in time. They told us it would be ready an hour after check in time however we arrived at an hour and thirty minutes and the woman was still there cleaning. We were pretty bothered at not getting to arrive when we thought and then having it still not ready when we arrived well after they said it was ready was very disappointing. I doubt it happens often but still a bummer.

Perfect for families

This house fit three families perfectly. It was right across the street from the pool which is super helpful with little ones. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the three levels that separated kids from adults. Great stay, we would stay again!

Great house, terrible pool/hot tub

A group of friends rented the house for a soccer tournament in St George. The house was great and the kids loved it. However, the reason for three star rating was the pool was not heated nor clean, there was a bunch for trash in it. Additionally, the water in hot tub was green and was foamy, completely disgusting. For these reasons we probably won’t stay here again.

So Fun!

Had a great time at this home. Clean, spacious, loved the layout for families. Kids all stayed upstairs so the adults could play games at night and not wake them. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, easy for making a Thanksgiving dinner! We'll definitely be back.
