"We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)"

Then the fridge didn’t work, but “it was working an hr ago when I was there for an inspection” then the primary bathroom wouldn’t drain. I had to have them come out twice.
