"Had a very quiet and relaxing few days at the Shippen Cottage. The location was ideal for our stay. Amazing hosts, many thanks Becky for the great welcome cakes, grateful as always for the delicious treats. The place was quiet and the surrounding were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shippen cottage and the walks around the trails around the lakes and hopefully will get the chance to book again soon. Would definitely recommend the place to all friends and family."

"We stayed in Rose barn which was clean and spacious, had an open fire and hot tub. There are a number of barns on the site so this is a great destination for a family or friends get together. Close to the beach and a short drive from Bude. Dog friendly as well."

"We had a lovely time during our week at Miller's Rest. The cottage was a brilliant size for a family of four with plenty of room. The kitchen equipment was limited for self catering and the wet rooms needed a little TLC due to use over time but nothing major. The location for Widemouth Bay and Bude (approx. 10min drive to Bude) was perfect. Being on a working farm added to the charm of the location and it was nice to be able to walk around. "Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."
