"I would have preferred a bit better security on the room lock, like a door that bolts rather than just a push-button lock. Also, I should have read description better but not having a fridge and microwave was a challenge as someone who has food allergies."

"A very good hotel for the price considering it was rather dated from the outside, but it was fairly clean and comfortable inside. The town of Frederick is rather depressed as most of it is old and boarded up, so there is not much to do. I was there for three nights and only service I received in my room was trash being taken out and fresh towels. Bed was not made. Wi-Fi was virtually unusable as it was very weak. The manager showed me the Wi-Fi antenna on a telephone pole outside, but even at 50 yards from it, it was still very weak. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave and a very large 55 inch TV. Bathroom was very clean and no mold at all. Hot water came up very fast. Would recommend if it is close to where you need to go. Definitely would go back again if needed."

"The bed was so terrible that I left the next day to find a different hotel. They were unaccommodating about that and even told me that if I wanted a refund that I needed to take it up with Expedia since it was booked through them. Expedia took care of it all though. Very happy about that. But if you care at all about getting a good night of sleep, don't book here. I might have had a better night of rest on the floor."

"Our stay was great. Our room was fine. Our problem was that no matter what we changed the thermostat to we were still cold. Even changing the setting to HEAT did not change the air blowing out of the vents!!!"

"Hands down a wonderful place to stay in the Ozarks!! The owners Merlyn and Dawn are always present on the property to be sure everything is going well for you. Would stay here again for sure!!"
