St Martin’s Villa is a large and luxurious villa in one of Grenada’s most exclusive locations – Westerhall Point. The villa includes concierge and housekeeping services and is an ideal vacation rental for large groups and families.

A Luxurious Villa
The spacious and airy villa has 3,000 square feet of indoor space, which opens onto a private pool and a large outdoor sundeck. The house also has half an acre of beautiful, landscaped gardens and enjoys stunning views across Westerhall Bay.

The villa has 4 large bedrooms - 3 of which are double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom, providing accommodation for up to 8 people. The house also has an airy living room and a separate dining room, both with folding doors which open onto the pool- and sundeck, allowing guests to enjoy gorgeous sea views from the house.

The recently refurbished kitchen and utility room boast excellent amenities, including a washing machine, a coffee machine, microwave and two fridge freezers.
The kitchen and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned, and the house has fast and stable WiFi as well as cable TV.

Our villa has an amazing team on hand to ensure that you have a fantastic vacation.
Our property manager, Lynnette, provides a complimentary meet and greet service at the airport or directly at the villa, to ensure you have arrived safely and that everything is to your satisfaction. You can also contact Lynnette in advance of your arrival if you wish to arrange a larder and fridge stocking service.

Lynnette has been working with us for over 20 years and is a born and bred Grenadian. She has unrivaled knowledge of the amazing sights and activities that Grenada has to offer, so will happily offer any assistance and answer any questions that you have to ensure that your stay at St Martin’s Villa is as relaxing as possible.
Our housekeeper, Rosamund, visits twice weekly as standard to clean and refresh towels and linens, and our garden and pool maintenance team visit weekly. Additional visits can be arranged on request.

A Beautiful Setting
St Martin’s Villa is located on Westerhall Point, a gated and exclusive peninsula in southeast Grenada. The peninsula is beautifully maintained with lush, tropical gardens surrounding residential housing and has several small beaches and coves which can be accessed on foot.

Westerhall Point provides a fantastic base for those wishing to explore the island. It is situated 25 minutes’ drive from the airport, 20 minutes’ drive from the famous Grande Anse beach and is just a 10 minute drive to the harbors at Grenada Marine and Phare Bleu. A regular bus service operates to/from Grenada’s capital city of St Georges but for full enjoyment of the island, car hire is recommended. We can provide a list of reputable car hire firms on request.
