"When we arrived and were handed the keys to the room, we were told they were clean and ready to check in. When we get to the room it was dirty, beds not made, trash not taken out and there were use male contraceptives near the trash can. We also aske for an ADA room and were not given one till later that night and it was to no avail because we needed a walk in shower type for my husband who has one leg. We ended up getting 2 rooms because of a mix up that was created by the agents on the phone...
