L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"This is a superb hotel, with perfect location on St Brelade's Bay beachfront. Food is excellent, whatever restaurant you choose. Staff are so helpful. Excellent service. A Seaview room is a must! Very clean, with bright modern decor. Bus stops are just outside the hotel therefore perfect for travel into St Helier and surrounding areas. There's an indoor pool and gym, next to the spa. The sea is a short distance if you prefer an outdoor swim! Always look forward to returning to L'Horizon and would highly recommend."

Hotel De Normandie

"The hotel was in an excellent position for walking along the beautiful beach, local restaurants and catching the bus to all attractions. The staff were helpful and the food at breakfast (self service buffet) and evening meal (Both à la carte and set meal) was value for money and reasonable choice. The room was basic. A partial sea view was a slight overstatement as you had to stand or kneel on the bed. It was reasonably clean with basic amenities. Spare pillows were dirty and needed a wash. Quiet but not comfortable."

"Very nice hotel overlooking the coast. Rooms were comfortable - bed and pillows. Bathroom was dated but immaculate and spotless. No air con in room, just a fan and as we were there during the heatwave, sleeping was tricky. Despite thick curtains/window blind the room was oppressively hot. Food was good and the staff friendly and attentive. The hotel is on quite a busy road so you get quite a lot of traffic noise if your room is sea facing. M&S food hall was 5 minutes away and bus stops right outside."

Field View, whole annexe

"Lovely spacious open plan living space. Lovely roomy bedrooms. All spotlessly clean and tidy.We enjoyed the village location. Just a five minute drive from St Helier. There is a farm shop just a few hundred yards away on the same road for milk, butter, eggs and fruit and veg. Being a small island everything is within reach. It took us a while to get our heads around the parking restrictions; we bought a book of ‘pay cards’ but only used a few as parking in most of the smaller places was free. Gorey and Corbiere are lovely coastal spots to visit and we enjoyed Jersey Zoo, even spotted a red squirrel! Samares Manor is just outside St Clements and has a nice cafe that does cooked breakfasts between 10 and 12 - we recommend the Portuguese bacon baps. Great holiday even though the weather was not the best - our ferry crossing to the island was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions which was a shame as we missed out on a whole day. Holidaying in Jersey in hot weather must be idillic - as it has a very French/Caribbean vibe about the island but still very British. Definitely would recommend Field View and Jersey "

Westhill Country Hotel

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful 3 nights 4 days stay at Westhill Country Hotel. The hotel is located in beautiful, peaceful surroundings and offers a relaxing atmosphere while still being conveniently close to local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. We also appreciated the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to St Helier, which departs at 10:00 a.m. and made it very easy to explore the town and enjoy everything Jersey has to offer. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel grounds were beautifully kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Westhill Country Hotel to anyone visiting Jersey."
