"Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again."

"Came to town just for a family wedding in marthasville & fell in love with Washington! Such an adorable little town with everything possible. We had desserts to bake for the wedding & the kitchen was so well equipped so that was a big plus! Local restaurants and park were also a draw for the area, and the river view was amazing! Thank you for such a welcoming bungalow!"

"I wasn't used to using VRBO so had a little difficulty using my phone to do so, but the apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. Be aware that it is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the townhouse, but it is in a quiet neighborhood with dining places nearby and isn't very far from the Arch and beautiful parks. Easy to find. I would stay there again."

"Overall good experience, pretty quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and tidy. Only complaint we had was parking. There’s only one parking spot and other vehicles have to park at various streets a block or two away if you can get an open spot. Other than that everything was great!"

"Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!"

"My friends had a good time on our weekend stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were really nice. The outdoor area was a bonus, we liked the patio and yard space for outdoor activities. The house had everything we needed and were even provided extra toiletries. My only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements, the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable but we doubled up on mattresses and it worked out fine."

"Checking in was a bit confusing as the address given was not the side I stayed in. It was smaller in person than on the pictures but overall the stay was nice, would book again."

"This was a post school end, pre summer activities brain break before our days were filled with busy schedules. Lovely property and house. My 19 year old throughly enjoyed fishing all hours of the day and night. 15 year old was tagging along for mum and brothers sake but in reality i could tell it did him good away from his faming machine and friends. "This house was perfect for our family to hang out and hit Main Street in St. Charles. The house itself has an updated kitchen and bathrooms and has enough space for a big family chill and watch movies or play video games. It is within walking distance of all the attractions on Main Street and if you are up to it, the Ameristar casino."

"Photos don't do it justice. This was the perfect place to stay for me and my family during my college graduation weekend. The accommodations are a perfect balance between chic, cozy, and modern. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and relax. We never felt like we were crowded or had too little privacy.
