"After arriving at the apt, we realized there was only a wall air conditioner in the living room, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Not good when it’s sweltering outside. We chose to forgo our payment and not stay in the apt. It was clean and nicely decorated but too hot to sleep with out air conditioning. "

The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check...
